Please follow step below to update MetaMask Address. Please ensure your Address is Correct. There is no way we can help if NFT is transferred to wrong Address.

1. Log in to the My Account in this price (https://nft.intraday.my/my-account/).
2. Go to My Account > Account Details (https://nft.intraday.my/my-account/edit-account/)
3. Paste the Address into the Wallet Address (MetaMask) textbox.
4. Don’t forget to click the Save Change button
5. Check back on My Account > Account Details (https://nft.intraday.my/my-account/edit-account/)

Meaning for every order status,

• Pending Payment – Payment didn’t go tough payment gateway.
• Cancelled – Order has been canceled. NTF won’t be transfer.
• Processing – Payment receive. Waiting for admin to check your order.
• NFT Transfer in Progress – Order confirmed, NFT has been confirmed and waiting for admin to transfer to your wallet.
• Completed – NFT has been transferred to your Wallet and should be in hidden in OpenSea.io.

Before contacting support, please troubleshoot as below.

1. Check the Order Status in My Account > Orders is Completed. If not, kindly wait until it Completed.
2. If status is Completed, check your OpenSea.io Account is Connected to the correct MetaMask Address as submitted in this Website (My Account > Account Details). Go to Account > Hidden tab in OpenSea.io. Unhide the NFT item.
3. If No. 2 didn’t work, kindly contact support [email protected].

If No. 3 happened, it usually caused by NFT is stuck in the middle of nowhere in MATIC network. Contact [email protected] so we can escalate the issue to OpenSea.io.

NFT number and Order number will not sync. NFT number and type of NFT is given randomly by randomizer. Randomizer algorithm is based on your number of purchase and some other parameter from your details.

Once the NFT in your account, its up to you to do anything. Our support ended once you get the NFT.

Go to MetaMask.io and select from Android or iOS for mobile application and select Chrome for desktop. You can also go directly to the Chrome store, Google Play store, or Apple App Store.

If you are using MetaMask for the first time then this option is for you. Follow the following steps to create your new wallet.

1. Launch the MetaMask app in your Phone
2. Press the button Get started
3. Choose Create a new wallet
4. Create Password. Enter a strong password and confirm it by entering it again in the respective field. Read the instruction written which states that MetaMask cannot recover this password, so you need to remember this password. Check the box and proceed to next step by clicking on ‘Create password’ button.
5. In this step you have to secure your wallet, by storing a unique seed phrase. A seed phrase is unique to every account and it provides the only way to recover your wallet by importing your account using the seed phrase.
6. To proceed click on Start button on the bottom of your screen. The next screen explains the importance of seed phrase and how you can safely store it.
   NOTE: NEVER SHARE YOUR SEED PHARSE WITH ANYONE.
   To proceed again click on Start button on the bottom of your screen after reading the instructions.
7. Now confirm your password and then click on View. Make sure nobody else is around you observing your screen. The screen would now display ordered 12 words which forms a seed phrase. Remember the seed phrase in the given order or write it down at a safe place and click Continue.
8. Now enter the seed phrase words in the order as it was displayed before. After you complete it hit the Complete Backup button.

Your account has now been successfully created.

You can sync your MetaMask extension wallet with mobile by using the MetaMask Mobile Sync feature.

1. Install MetaMask mobile at MetaMask.io.
2. Open the MetaMask mobile app and select Sync or Import > Scan QR code.
3. Log into your MetaMask extension
4. Click Settings > Advanced > Sync with Mobile. You’ll see a QR code.
5. Scan this QR code with your MetaMask mobile app (see step #2).

Adding Polygon support to your wallet involves adding some network details to the extension.

1. First, open MetaMask App.
2. Select the hamburger menu (three stacked lines) on the top left of your screen.
3. Click the Settings button.
4. Select the Networks option.
5. Now, choose Add Network on the end of list.
6. You’ll need to add the following details on the New RPC Network that will open.
   • Network Name: Polygon
   • RPC URL: https://polygon-rpc.com
   • Chain ID: 137
   • Symbol: MATIC
   • Block Explorer URL: https://polygonscan.com
7. Click Add when you’re finished.

Adding WETH support to your wallet involves import tokens.

1. First, open MetaMask App.
2. Please ensure your network is Polygon Network.
3. Scroll down to click on Import Tokens. Switch over to the Custom token tab.
4. Add this token.
   • Token Address: 0x7ceB23fD6bC0adD59E62ac25578270cFf1b9f619
   • Token Symbol: WETH
   • Token of Precision: 18
5. Click Import when you’re finished.

Follow step below to display, your NFT will be Hidden on default.

1. Navigate to OpenSea.io Website and Connect with MetaMask Account.
2. Go to Account > Hidden tab in OpenSea.io.
3. Unhide if the NFT.

Follow step below, if you have 3 NFTs so you need to do this 3 times. Some step may require you to jump from OpenSea.io to MetaMask App.

Step in OpenSea.io

1. Connect to OpenSea.io. In your collection , click the NFT you want to add to your wallet. The listing page for the NFT will open. Scroll down and click the option for Details.
2. Click the blue hyperlinked value next to Contract Address.
3. Itll open the contracts address on Etherscan. Towards the top-left corner of the page, youll find the option for Contract with a long string of letters and numbers next to it. This is the address of the smart contract that created the NFT.
4. Click the Copy button next to it.
5. Start Step 1 in MetaMask App.
6. Copy the Token ID by taping on the value / number.
7. Back to Step 8 in MetaMask App.

Step in MetaMask App

1. Go to the wallet in the app.
2. If it isnt already open, tap the hamburger menu (three stacked lines) in the upper-left corner to go to your wallet.
3. Then, tap Wallet from the menu.
4. In the wallet, go to the NFT tab.
5. You can view your NFTs here. To add an NFT, scroll down and tap the option for Import NFTs.
6. The screen for importing an NFT will open. To import an NFT, you need the address of an NFT along with its ID.
7. Paste the Address (from step 4 in OpenSea.io).
8. Paste the ID number in the ID textbox.
9. Finally, tap the Import button and your NFT will appear in your wallet.
